Lecture on Creative CVs and Career Action Plan - 21.04.23

Today, our lecturer started a talk about the different things that a Creative CV should have and how we should start creating our own CVs for the creative industry. The list below shows the most important things that we should be adding to our CVs;

• Original Layout and Type

• Use of Imagery

• Infographics

• Unique Size and Shape

• Tailored to the Job You're Going For

• Use of Colour

• Target Market

He also showed us examples of how CVs should be done and how these things show that you are a competent graphic designer.

The Lecturer also talked about how to be professional in a workplace environment and described how to try and be the type of person that would be productive and not be the negative person around the workplace as this would bring the workplace down in productivity.

The lecturer also showed us an action plan, which is a working document on what to do with your career after everything is done.
