Studio Practise - 11.11.22
For this part of the lesson, we were left to our own devices to take some photos inside the studio, as a little gateway to make us feel comfortable with the studio. These were the unedited photos taken by my group. I did some of the photography, whilst I helped with positioning some of the group photos.
During this time, I also started pushing forward creating a Christmas Card as well, which is shown below. This setup used a lot more lights compared to the studio setup and was a lot more complicated with setting up the studio. I also used coloured gels to colour the background. I also consulted Ed the lecturer how to light the presents up as well. He set up a 2 point lighting setup and used honeycomb to slightly diffuse the light on the front. Trying to light up everything properly was difficult due to having so many lights. But, I managed to get these photos for the Christmas cards.
