To support my graphic design outcomes for this unit, well-crafted research must be made. For this part, I decided to try and find some research through primary and secondary research.

For primary research, I could try and ask a friend to have them talk about their experience with mental health problems.

For secondary research, having a look at existing projects/charities is probably the best way forward for this. I can also have a look at what can cause mental health problems and how to overcome them and can add this to my poster and website as well.
