Mood Board, Padlet Research Page and Choosing a Poster to Talk About - 09.03.23
For today's college lesson, we had to develop a mood board showing the types of imagery we needed for the project. I also had to cement my idea for the project, which is a campaign about littering in stunning areas like beaches, nature and stuff, whilst using a film soup (using harsh chemicals) to change the chemistry of the roll of film. I wanted to show the physical damage to the environment, whilst still having this beauty from the imagery of the photos and I think that physically damaging a one-off would be very exciting to do.
For the mood board, I added my own work which is on the bottom left where I have taken photos of garbage, which I have found interesting. I have always wanted to show this side of the human race, where littering would be the main focus of the photos.
The top right of the mood board was using film soups, which can have the damaged look which I want to use for the project. I also need to find out if this roll of film that I have used and submerged in bleach has worked and will need to develop this soon.
I have also added posters for this mood board to see what layouts I can do for the posters.
