For this lecture, we had to have a look at how cash flows within a business. For this, the lecturer provided us some slides to learn from, which is shown below;

 

We have to think that a business will have an initial amount of funding and if this is not being taken care of, then funding will be a bit of an issue as this might incur loss of money and late payments to a lot of things.

 

For this, a cash flow statement is a good thing as this means that the company is able to predict and have some money left over for the rest of the business.
