Magazine and Newspaper Sizes - 20.02.24
Whilst I was gone, the graphic design group was able to go and find the appropriate sizes that the printing company was able to do.
The group decided on a tabloid size of about 289mm X 380mm. The margins for this is about 15mm from each edge, which is shown here;
There has not been set anything for the double page spread, so I hope that it will be okay with the sizing of 289mm X 760mm, with the same margins as the single page spread.
For the layout, it is made in Canva, but I am sure that as long as I can design in both Illustrator and InDesign, then I think that I can just export the file from InDesign as a JPEG or a PNG as I can mock up things there, add the margins for the magazine and then design in there and move it over to Canva.
