There have been some arguments within the group and thus, disagreements again within the project and then not going the way that they wanted to.

Most of the photos that my classmate took were something that I could work with, with regard to the website. However, only 5 photos taken from the day were useable for the group due to framing issues not being able to have space to play with on the poster or not having enough story in them.  I agree with some of the points given and we still have one more shoot to play around with (maybe also force another one, but we are running low on time) to get the right framing and to also experiment with having someone else, so that we could try and have a story within the final posters.

But overall, I personally think that this is just a clash of personalities, and this should have been something that could have been worked on during meetings. As the team leader, it is difficult to try and ensure people are okay with the work that we have done completely.

 

For the next shoot, we will be trying to incorporate these things and hopefully be able to shoot in the areas that we have tried to find in the mood boards that were done for the shoot. I also think that being there for the shoot was one of the better ideas as well, due to being able to direct my classmates to what we needed for the shoot.

 

Overall, I think that certain people were being a little too judgemental with the whole thing and I feel like the photos taken were all right for the whole project. Maybe with the next photo shoot, we can improve on the photos for the next project.
