This extract was from the meeting minutes;

This meeting turned out better as some people turned up for the meeting, including Sophia (Leader of the graphic design team), Ben (designated photographer), James (İllustrator) and me (Designated Leader for the group)

 

Sophia managed to talk about our design guidelines and we focused on how these posters would look with doodles and graffiti and everything that needs to be designed for the posters

 

With some of the chosen photos, she tasked James to illustrate (doodle) on top of them as this would provide the backbone of our design guidelines for the project.

 

Sophia tasked Ben to edit the photos so that these could be done for the posters, as this would need high-quality photos and edits for big-sized posters

 

She also needed photos printed off due to James needing them to doodle on

 

I helped with that as this would make the job easier for the rest of us

 

I also had a catch-up session with them all as this would need to be written down and talked about in meeting minutes.

With having a semi-solid idea of what the ideas of the Graphics Team have, I could then be able to focus on getting the ideas down for the website. These are the screenshots and the timelapse that I have taken to show the initial designs for the websites.
